Best Plumbing

VERY disappointed in this company. We called early in the morning they agreed to come out and got here about 5 hours later. They were here 10 minutes and said they were gonna leave to get some "parts" and would be back. They NEVER came back, NEVER called and are not answering our calls to them. They left us sitting here for 4 hours waiting on them to return and now its too late to get another company to come out on a Saturday evening and now we will have to go without water even longer since no one works on Sunday unless you pay double which we dont have. Unprofessional, disrespectful and simply rude. All you had to do was say you didn't want the job, not walk away and leave us waiting. You get one star because I cant give you lower!
