        Please take a moment of your time and allow us to introduce you to Bay Recovery, LLC, recently organized to serve the greater Hampton Roads, Virginia area. Managed by Kevin E. Baines and Mark P. Fisher, with a combined hands-on experience of over 30 years, we are experts in automotive Towing and Collateral Recovery. Our regional operation extends throughout Southeastern Virginia and North Carolina, and, we have the capability to tow anywhere on the eastern seaboard. Also, we are equipped to service towing and repossession of various commercial equipment. Included herein are photos of our modern fleet of trucks and the drivers, all of whom are properly licensed and insured. The business entity is organized under the State Corporation Commission and licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Towing and Recovery Operators. Our business license has been secured through the City of Chesapeake and we have centrally located compounds, easily accessible to our individual clients, financial institutions and auto auction operators. Our operators and drivers have a history of honesty and reliability and we would very much appreciate an opportunity to work with you in your towing and repossession needs. We are insured through Towne Insurance, an affiliate of locally owned Towne Bank, for all aspects of towing and collateral recovery work, including wrongful recovery liability.         Overall

        Terrible customer service. I was quoted a price from a company that they regularly deal with and Kevin Baines, the OWNER, rudely replied saying that he was not interested; instead of offering his running price. Right after, he hung up on me without saying good bye. I will never deal with this company again, and will be spreading the word of my experience. Don't spend your hard earned money at a company that doesn't look to take care of you or show an ounce of respect.
