Bill is an absolute master luthier. He is certified to work in Taylor and Martin guitars, as well as many others. He worked on my 35 year old Martin D35, readjusting the neck, replacing the pick guard, replacing the nut, filing frets, etc. it came out beautifully and revived it to a gorgeous instrument for decades more playable life. If Bill is a little slow, it is only because so many take their guitars to him to repair and revive. You can completely trust your instrument with this incredible artist craftsman.
