I was referred to a specific loan officer at this company by a friend. My husband and I are both very busy working opposite each other so I reached out by email and got a quick response. We set up a phone appointment which came and went with not so much as an email or text until I wrote first asking why we missed our appt. She apologized with some excuse about her laptop not working and set another phone appointment for that same day, which she missed again. At this point I found someone else to talk to, but I'll have you know I never got a single phone call or email after the second missed appt. I'm not sure how anyone can make money, seeing as how they work for commission, when they do not honor appts.
