They agreed to buy my junk car so I scheduled for them to pickup my broken down car, the driver never came and I lost half a day of my vacation hours.



Called again and they said they were too busy so I re-scheduled another pickup, they missed that again.



Called for the THIRD time and the guy sounded impatient (when *I should be the one who’s mad) and seems like he just gave me a random pickup time off of his head, no surprise there, they never came for the car.



I contacted www.junkmycar.com instead, and they came the next day. Although they didn’t pay me for the car, but at least junkmycar.com is true to their word.
