Avid Car Transport

I spoke with Jesse and he seemed very friendly and knowledgable. I informed him that I was simply browsing for pricing and would not make an immediate decision. He still was very respectful of my wishes but also was very helpful with all inquiries I had. Several quotes later I decided to choose Avid Car Transport. They were one of the very few companies who did not try to rush me into a decision before I was ready. It made me more comfortable with them and in the end they are who I choose. I would suggest others to give them a try if you want your car shipped. They assisted me from Tampa,Fl to San Francisco,Ca for 850 which was a pretty decent price. Avid Car Transport really turned out to be "Dependable Shippers".... I went back and forth a while trying to decide , I ended up going with Kim at Avid Car Transport and she was extrememly helpful throughout the entire process. I asked about 20 questions minimum because I didnt know what to expect as a first time shipper- well she explained it all with ease and didnt seem the slightest irritated. 3 days later my car was being picked up soon because I had a flight to catch for my wedding.. Everything was very simple and I really appreciate all the effort because I was truly afraid to ship my car after hearing all of the horrific rumors. I must say Avid Car Transport is a very good choice to make if you dont want any issues. Thanks again Kim!

They contacted me with a quote to transport my car from Atlanta to Colorado Springs. I gave them a deposit and I never heard from them again. They were unresponsive to all my efforts to contact them via phone or e-mail. In fact, they disconnected the number they gave me and never answered the other number on their website. They never assigned a carrier and did not refund my deposit. I canceled per my rights per the contract agreement and am currently trying to get my money back from my bank.

I needed to transport my Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Bay area to Colorado in a short amount of time. I had limited availability for the pick-up and had detailed requirements for the drop-off. All of my expectations were met,Kim was very responsive and available, and was able to coordinate a carrier despite the post-holiday weekend. Angela at Avid Car Transport provided hassle free car transport services. All I had to do was send over my pick up and delivery addresses with a small deposit and they handled the rest. Very satisfied and would ship again in the future.
