Mike very unprofessional! Especially in finding my review funny shows what type of person this is as a poor manager! Instead of helping, he puts defective parts on people cars. I have several friends who went to this place unbeknownst to mike and he have rip them off with defective auto parts! I think it's a race issue here w certain customers! Took my car in for a repair on the bumper. Staff was very attentive and professional. Quote was comparable to other shops so decided to give them a try since I lived close by. Completed job was excellent and finished ahead of schedule. Overall experience was exceptional and will recommend this shop.
