        Overall

        I was very unsatisfied with this locations service managers. My check engine light came on today, and most shops would take the time to plug in an OBD scanner for TEN seconds to give the customer the stored code. They refused to scan it because"their techs were all tied up and they close in an hour and a half". That is lousy customer service if you ask me. I used to work at a shop in kingwood and we would always find time for the customer if it was something simple like that, even our managers would if we were "too busy". I will never return for business there in the future.
