ASAP Towing

I very recently had the pleasure of encountering ASAP Towing's services. My car wouldn't start one morning, so I called AAA & had them tow my vehicle to my local Firestone. Firestone informed me that my car was going to need a new battery & that the battery for this particular car would cost nearly $300.00 & the labor would be about another $200.00, because of the way the battery is positioned in my vehicle. To make a very long story short, by the time Firestone gave me the final estimate the total to fix my car was $1850.00. My son called ASAP, and informed them of the situation within the hour, ASAP met my son at the Firestone, put the car on the flatbed, drove down the road to AutoZone picked up a few small parts, did something to the battery & THE CAR HAS BEEN RUNNING GREAT EVER SINCE!!! I believe he said that he paid about $31.00 for the parts!!

I called ASAP towing and Spoke with valarie who was very hard to understand and honestly really seemed like she would rather be doing anything but talking to me. I asked if they had a specific size tire (305/35/22). she told me yes and to come on down. i drove 22 miles to there location and was greated by 2 younger guys blarring rap music. After they firected me to the office i met valarie who promptly got confused by her own computer. long story short i drove 22 miles for tires they told me they had and didnt. I would never recommend this place to anybodt. Staff is incompetent, the place is a shack, and there hours sign reads (have a bless day).
