Arpin Van Lines

I contracted with Arpin 2 months ago to move me from NJ to Delray Beach, Fl with a specific pickup date. One day before my scheduled and frequently confirmed move date, Arpin called and said they could not move me/ had no trucks availabe/were at the mercy of their dispatcher, etc. and I could find another mover if I wished. Are you kidding? I had already given notice to my landlord, arranged to have my car and pets transported etc.



The original agent, All-Jersey-Movers had to step in and pick up my possessions on the scheduled move date expecting Arpin to pick it up from them the next day.



It has been 12 days since All-Jersey picked up my stuff and Arpin still has not sent a truck. Now everything I own has been off- loaded, and all moving packing/blankets to protect my furniture removed and it is sitting in a warehouse with no action from Arpin. Everyone at Arpin has been useless, Barbara, Bonny, Kerry and Joe Kubiskey. They have refused my requests to speak with David Arpin.



I am in Fl and cannot work as my computer and all files are in NJ, my refrigerator, clothing etc are all there.



Do NOT deal with Arpin- they do not honor their contracts and are totally unresponsive. They do not deserve any stars but this system requires at least one - so please disregard the star

AVL recently moved our daughter from Virginia to Rhode Island. The move was completed in the time frames they agreed to and was accomplished in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. The morning of the move the conditions were so icy, the truck could not make it up the hill to the complex. The crew left and quickly showed up with a smaller truck to transport the apartment's contents down the hill into the larger truck. The crew was extremely helpful and efficient with both the on-boarding and off-loading of the shipment. We were very pleased with the service of the staff and crew at AVL.

We looked at numerous moving companies and selected Arpin because of their customer service and price. They were very competitive as far as price and extremely helpful during the whole move process. Our driver, Dana, was extremely careful and professional during pickup and delivery. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family that want a smooth moving experiance with a professional moving company.
