The prompt arrival of Melvin Areas and his tow truck brightened up what was looking to be a bad evening in the cold. The altenator on my car died in the left turn lane of a busy intersection, and wouldn't start even with a jump from a passing motorist. Mr. Areas arrived with a chearful manner and within only a couple minutes had my car in tow and both of us on the way to drop my car off for repair. He offered good car advice, worked very efficiently, and made sure I had everything I needed before going off to his next run. His good pricing and friendly manner made things a lot easier to handle that night. He has my strong recommendation.
