BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER MATT. MY BUSINESS DID WORK FOR HIM AND HIS COMPANY BACK IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER OF 2015 AND SAID HE WOULD PAY ME LATER SO I TRUSTED HIM AND STILL WE ARE IN MAY OF 2016 AND NO MONEY WAS PAID. IT SEEMS LIKE IF YOU DONT PAY HIM HE GETS ANGRY, BUT ITS OK FOR HIM NOT TO PAY HIS BILLS.

BEWARE! I don't normally write reviews but I feel consumers should be warned of the way this company conducts themselves. First off they had "trouble" with their bucket and took forever to come out so they seemed kinda of rushed to get to the next job and missed dead branches that should have been removed. His excuse was I bid the job with my bucket truck. That is not my problem. The bid was unspecific when I got the estimate so i thought i got a good deal. WRONG. If you want a cheap bid and horrible rushed work here ya go. It was also unprofessional when was demanded payment while it was being processed through our accountant who was on vacation which I notified matt about beforehand. Got a call on Memorial day demanding payment. Heres the best part. They also did work for my parents house. When I asked them to remove the branches they missed before they said no problem. They never removed said branches. So much for a Guarantee. I called Chris who originally did my bid and was called a mother f****er and he didn't have anything to do with this job and to go f*** myself. REALLY? thats the way you talk to customers. As soon as they get their check they have no problem telling you you literally F*** off. I will spend a little extra next time to be treated with respect. First off, I would think somebody would use their actual name. That tells me they are a liar. This one customer in particular is so off his rocker it's not funny. We never changed the price we always do an excellent cleanup and we still do work for all of his neighbors. So please do not listen to this crazy person, who by the way none of his neighbors can stand. If you have a legit problem you should use your real name and not be such a coward

Horrific and unprofessional. one star is one too many. Where do i begin, the owner Ed changed the price after a day of work. He was paid under the premise of him returning to finish the job and never completed the job. they left a massive stump, hanging limbs, and a pile of of debris the size of a truck. They were called repeatedly but never returned a single phone call. our neighbors had a similar experience as well. do not support a company that does not value their customers.
