Anthony C. Leonard Roofing

2004 Anthony Leonard put a ceramic tile roof on our home
2011-7 yrs later it was leaking in the bedroom, he repaired it, he thought
2012 Early The roof was leaking in the same bedroom, again it was repaired
2012-Late the roof was leaking same bedroom, same place, living room and garage, again it was patched.
2013 the roof was leaking all 3 bedrooms, living room, dinning room, garage and kitchen.
Oct. 22, 2013 I was told the underlayment was defective and the roof needed to be replaced. They were contacting the underlayment company to stand behind there product.
Nov. 15, 2013 The owner inspected ceiling damage and told me the same thing I was told in Oct.
Dec. 2013 I was told the underlayment people not standing behind there product. It was suggested they put a clear sealer on top the the tiles and this would plug the thousands of screw holes holding the tile down-unacceptable.
Jan 21 2014 We were told Leonard would put on a new roof and only charge for materials. It was to be $5,000.00 just for the underlayment. Then he said he couldn't get the same profile white tiles, suggesting we needed all new tiles as well.
I think the 1 comment he made sums up the type of roofer he has become, "IF WE HADN'T HAD RECORD BREAKING RAINS IN 2013 YOUR ROOF WOULD HAVE NEVER LEAKED, EVEN MINE LEAKED."
FOOTNOTE: We have a new roof on now, but Anthony Leonard Roofing did not put it on. Now all we have to do is fix and paint all the ceilings. Call SOMEBODY ELSE, UNLESS YOU HAVE AN UNLIMITED SUPPLY OF MONEY. A 35 YR ROOF SHOULD NOT HAVE LEAKED AFTER 7 YRS. I FEEL HE REALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US.

They rushed through the job, so much of it had to be redone. If this roof starts to leak I will call someone else for repairs, even though it's warranted by Leonard's. My recommendation? Look elsewhere!
