This deterioration often creates a void thus causing the concrete surface to sink for become unlevel, and/or unstable. We Raise and level this void by injecting a dirt and mortar mix under the concrete can return the structure to its original state. This procedure will help prevent the soil settling issues that allow concrete to sink and become unlevel. Concrete slabs sink for a variety of reasons including soil erosion, poor soil preparation, and soil movement. The slab sinks because there is less soil under it to support it.
