        Go elsewhere. Imagine 10 young kids eager to go to senior ball in an elegant limo. Imagine the fan belt blowing up minutes before the kids are preparing to embark. Imagine no backup vehicles. Imagine having your parents having to drive you to senior ball while your classmates whiz by in their functioning limousines. Imagine a manager who informs you that the owner of the company will not return the call of an unhappy customer because he is "not involved" in the business. And then . . . imagine taking your business elsewhere.
