To add to the list statement, the quality of the work being put out is not much better than the attitude. He let's unacceptable work go out the door, nothing that I would ever pay for!

I'm not exactly sure how the owner of this company conducts himself with his customers ..he might be fine. He does verbally harassses employees and creates a very hostile environment for them. It must be a very high turn over rate at that company if people are willing to take that abuse everyday. Just on ethics alone I don't know how he runs a company. Too bad there is no HR because he would not get away with that. It's a shame people tolerate his behavior.
