        I own a business in Newton, IA. I have been trying to reach customer service for about 3 weeks and have spent over 3 hours on hold w/customer service without answer. I go through pay plan and get someone, whom of course cannot help with my problem so they "escalate" to someone who can and who will call me within 48 hours. Never have received a return phone call. If I could give them a negative rating believe me I would. Meanwhile I am being charged for a building I am no longer in and they cannot seem to get the auto pay going. I have no idea how to proceed.
