All Star Awards & Engraving

Unfortunately, my organization's budget compelled us to use All Star for a large order of trophies. If you can afford it, it's well worth it to pay extra and go elsewhere. The awards themselves turned out well, but the headache it takes to get the plaques right (5+ rounds of proofing with the same mistakes over and over), lack of timeline communication from the account person, mistakes made on ordering, etc. are all reasons to avoid this business.



To top it off, I have been waiting 11 weeks (and counting) for a revised invoice that reflects how long the award winners had to wait to receive their orders for duplicates. I've actually had to call All Star several times to ask when our bill will arrive (shouldn't it be the other way around)?



I highly recommend going anywhere else!

Just thought I would send a "Thank You" for your assistance with the three awards we recently ordered. Mr. Valdes was pleased with the way that they turned out, and was doubly pleased that they were at the hotel waiting for him! You kept your promise!



I know it is not always easy working with someone "lonog idstance", but at least in this instance, you made it a piece of cake!
