General Info: Advocare found us in June, 2013, when Lauren was trying to lose some baby weight after her second child and I was looking to find products to help boost his triathlon endurance. We were both sleep deprived, as we had a three year old that did not sleep through the night. We saw the great results that Lauren s cousins had achieved over the past two and a half years of product use and we knew it was time for a change. We decided to start our first 24 Day Challenge . After 4 days of using the products, we both felt amazing and had more energy than we had in years! We found that we were more patient with our children and I had the energy to play with them after a long day at work.
