Adventure Travel is a top notch travel agency with wonderful travel agents that sincerely care about your vacation, and take time with you to make sure that your vacation is all that you want it to be. They give you the best deals in the business and they strive for customer service and excellance in everything that they do. I for one have never had a bad experiance at this travel agency and I know I never will. The onwer is friendly and has many years of experiance in the travel industry. If you want quality care then you should book your trip today with Adventure Travel. I don't understand how people can be so hateful, but I can certainly say that I have never experianced anything that this person has claimed to experiance.

My husband and I booked a trip to Venice/Florence/Rome through a supposedly Five Star Company. When we arrived in Italy the hotel was a dump, they didn't even offer us clean towels. After spending an arm and a leg, I expected better so I called, the owner, Michelle and complained and asked for an upgrade. On the fourth night of our vacation, we were FINALLY upgraded to a Sheraton. Michelle told us "You should have known" Italy is not like the US. Well how could I have known if nobody told me?! After they got my money, they really weren't too concerned with my travel experience. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for a Vegas retreat, much less international travel.
