Advantage Overhead Doors

I contacted Advantage Overhead Doors to repair a broken spring on my two-car garage door. I did not ask for an estimate first. Big mistake ! The total cost to replace the broken spring with two springs on the two-car garage door and one spring on the one-car garage door was $879, which included a $50 service fee (should have been waived since they did a repair), 3 springs at $111 each, and 2 labor charges of $125 each. The fellow was only here about an hour. It took him longer to go get a part than it did to fix the doors.



Remember get an estimate first from three or four companies first.
