I worked for James for probably longer than any of his contractors[ 10 yrs] I ALWAYS got paid exactly what he owed me. We parted on very bad terms[ partly him partly me] all can say while Mr Wells and I never really liked each other much overall I would say that he is not a bad boss to work for, he was a good guy to work for if you did your job I could always talk to him on the phone if needed I would not hesitate to recommend him and probably would work for him again

I worked for this guy as well and did not receive a drug test or a background check; I was delivering high value and hazardous cargo. I was shorted on some toll bills and did not get paid for several deliveries; he sometimes did not report cash payments back then.

He does have a habit of hiring good quality driver who deliver an excellent service and make the business look good.

I am the owner of Advanced Delivery Inc. in Dayton,Ohio. I have been in business for 24 Sucessful years. Mr Wesley was a contractor that left with a zero notice, didn't turn paperwork in on time and demanded to be paid without following the contract rules. Mr Wesley was paid his wages. We deal with some fortune 500 companies. I am sure If was as bad as Mr Wesley says they would not do business with us.

dont work for this guy if you quit or make him mad he will not pay you!!!! he hides when you ask him where you money is , and insults anything about you that he can muster up . very unprofessional!
