It was first time purchasing insurance I decided to go with Adriana's insurance. It was about to be closing time, but Jocelyn took the time to walk me through and make me feel confident, and safe about my new insurance. They made it as easy as possible, and gave me a great price. I enjoyed and appreciated the service process.

My insurance company Affirmative went out of business and I had to get new insurance immediately. I decided to call instead of going into the office. Ernesto helped me out and all I can say is that he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Including his manager Javier who was able to price my insurance (2 cars with 1 accident) at $187 a month. I previously paid about $210 a month.



Great service throughout the phone conversation and they truly tried to get me discounts. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ADRIANA'S INSURANCE!

I read all reviews and I got to say I went tand had a great expierence , Jocelyn helped me out she was a nice intelligent sweet girl. She was very polite and helped me get a great rate on my insurance I wouldn't listen to all bad reviews they were great .

I love this place...my sister and I always come here even though it's a bit farther from where we leave....they always have a great service starting with the manager Juan and Maria Elena who are always helpful answering our questions.. We give it a thumbs up

I had a wonderful experience when visiting this Adriana's location to buy the insurance for my new car! The service was efficient and extremely polite. The best part about this is that I was presented with numerous insurance options, I am not very knowledgeable on this subject but the agent who was helping me (Armando) was able to guide me to choose the option that had what I needed and with the best price.

Don't know about everyone else's experience but I had the pleasure of having Skarleth help and recommend me the right coverage for my needs. She was very nice and informative but best of all had very competitive rates and saved me money! I should've just came here first instead of shopping around

I almost didn't come to this office cause of the review , but I had just purchased my vehicle In the area so I went in there and I'm so happy I did they got me a really great rate to fit my budget and the staff there is amazing there all very friendly Stephanie helped me out .I really highly recommend this place , there efficient and knowledgeable . They made me feel secure on what I was purchasing I wouldn't listen to bad comments, judge it by your own experience .

Adriana's Insurance.. There everywhere! I've seen their commercials for years and finally called in. Surprisingly the agent that answered was able to assist me in english. To be honest I didn't buy the insurance yet because of I haven't bought the car yet but i will be back next week! Thank you

She was so nice and pretty in person. She didn't actually sell me my insurance but she said hi and asked if i needed anything while waiting! You can tell she cares about her company and her customers

I appreciate my agent Carolina reminding me when to renew my policy. A few years ago I would always get charged to re insure with my last company but now i know someone is looking out for me. The office is a little hidden but very nice.

had a great experience at Adriana's insurance thanks to Rebeca!! She was very helpful. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable with my choices. It was my first time buying insurance and I'm glad I had that experience with Rebeca. Recently, I went back and she is no longer there!! I give them 5 stars for sevice just wish she was still there!!

Came here to get insurance for my sister and I. The girl Stephanie showed me a few options. She explained why it'd be a higher price for me being a young driver but I appreciate her patience with helping us out. Will be sure to go back to her for any future insurance needs.

No respect for the elderly, no concept of customer service, horribly unprofessional.

It is not professional. It is not business friendly. I own three businesses in Pomona. I called to get someone to come to my businesses and give me a quote. The telephone message and information was in Spanish as the primary language. I was transferred to a salesperson who told me that if I wanted someone to come to me that I was calling the wrong company. I would have to come to their office, and my wait could not be determined in advance. The salesperson told me to seek business elsewhere? Maybe if I spoke Spanish, I would have received better service?

I was hesating about going to this place, I have read some reviews before but I can tell you that they are great, to find a good auto insurance you have know how to negotiate and I'm sure you can get a very nice deal like I did, I visited de Rancho Cucamonga Location and the manager there helped me out.
