Accu-Pier Foundation Repair

I moved into my home aprox 5 years ago. The home had a transferable lifetime warranty for the foundation work done by AccuPier. I began having foundation issues the first year. At first I was unable to get him to return my call. It wasn't until I asked the secretary if he belonged to BBB that he finally called me back. That was just the beginning. He came out multiple times throughout the 5 years and NEVER fixed the foundation. He would be in and out in less than 5 mins and give me some excuse of why we should wait to adjust piers...."too hot, too cold, too dry, too wet". Finally this last year he came up with "you have a water leak". An insurance claim was made only to discover there was NOT a water leak. Just another one of his lies to avoid honoring his warranty. At some point during all of this he cut a hole in my hall floor to get under house. The hole was left and never repaired, the carpet was left pulled up and frayed, and the thresholds were bent and ruined. Going to court!!!
