A Plus Heat & Air

I have used this company a few times through my Total Protect Warranty Services and they have fixed issues in the past however we will no longer request this company. Last week we experienced issues with our heating unit and they basically told me and the warranty company 2 different things and then told me they do not work on heaters under the house. This info would have been nice to know prior to them taking my deductible. Meanwhile the other company we used called me rather quickly to set up the appointment and came out and diagnosed our issue all in the same afternoon. I am not completely knocking this company, but I would not give them rave reviews either.
