their service sucks, their technician did a crappy job, he fell through my ceiling, left zip ties hanging from the cables he had routed, which was also done crappy, and he also didn't use proper sealant around the lag screws he drilled in my roof..he left garbage everywhere and then had the nerve to try and charge me for a wall fish he had to do for me... the other thing was too is that the manager i spoke to at the local office there seemed to be a real tool shed.. i would keep your money in your pocket and run away from this company.. its only been 3 months and i have already had to call in TWO service calls due to SFSS.. turns out the tech didn't know what he was doing to ensure proper connections were made and neither did their service team.. you want something done right you have to do it yourself and that should never be the case when you are paying for a service.. my score is actually 0-10 very dissatisfied and now I'm stuck in a contract..
