Unethical does not begin to describe the owner. Wants you to pay for the "discounted" service call in cash then insists on your credit card number. I was going to have a washer and ice maker fixed. Said he had to order the ice maker and was going to charge me another service call or he would charge me for the ice maker I could wait until he was back in my area "that could be weeks or months" he said. I told him to cancel my service call and he gave me a sob story and said he was charging me a cancelation fee. Well I already put a stop on my credit card before he could do that and he then threatened me with violence. Steer clean of this company.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! The owner was very RUDE and when asked to talk to someone else (at the time I did not know that I was speaking to the owner) he told me there was no one but God next to him and hung up. This was all over a cancellation.

My refrigerator wasn't cooling on a Saturday, so I called thinking I would have to leave a message, but they answered, came out right away and saved the day.
