A-1 Dependable Appliance Service

The worst service I ever received. First, they didn't show up for the appointment and at the end of the day and when I called to inquire they gave be a lame excuse, (the repair man's truck broke down). We all heard that one before. They also said they would have called but the inept receptionist named Marie, wrote down the wrong number. So, I waited until the next day and got the washer fixed for an exorbinate about of money because my laundry was piling up and I was sick of the whole awaiting around for a repair person deal. Wouldn't you know it the next day the washer wasn't working again and they came out 3 times and still didn't get it right. They gave me a refund but kept the service charge for coming out. I was so mad but I just got tired of fighting with this company. I gave them 1 star just because I had to click something. My real rating is -100 stars.
