Every time we've been in, the store is very busy, but they are always kind. The doctors are gentle and explain everything clearly to me about my kids.

I went to visionworks because they had a sale. Buy one pair get one free. This is not the case. It was a gimmick to make u think u were getting something free. 2 pair of glasses were 3 times as much as one pair. They weren't even the top of the line glasses. Will never go back

Not a good place to go for contact lenses. They told me they were available for walk-ins, but I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. They didn't tell me how long the wait would be or offer me the option to go get other errands done while I waited. They eventually prescribed me a brand of contact lenses that had to be special ordered, and that I did not like when it arrived. When I went back and told them I wanted to try another brand, they were unable or unwilling to help me.



They seem to have an overall problem communicating with customers. My original prescription was only valid for one brand of contact lenses, but they didn't tell me that at my original appointment -- if they had, I would have been more picky about finding a brand I liked that they had in stock, instead of accepting the first brand they suggested! In general they're inefficient and make a lot of mistakes. Go somewhere else or just order contacts online from Canada.
