        TERRIBLE customer service. Until today I have been happy with the staff and level of service provided, but there have been some transitions and they have not been for the better. The receptionist was rude and extremely inconsiderate with no regard for the fact that I removed myself from work to come here, sat in traffic and spent gas to get there. I was refused service because I was more than 10 minutes late for my appointment granted I got there at 9:14 and my appointment was at 9! I have been going here faithfully for months. I was told it would cut into the estheticians time, but the service I was getting takes less than ten minutes to provide. They don't truley care about you or your time they just want to get you in and out to service as many people as possible and they don't value customer reationships.
