"I am not reccommoned this appartment because I have my personal experinece with this property. I lived here at 5731,River Rd,Nashville, TN-37209 about 1 year and this guys are cheating. first they nevered explain you everything and when you live your appartment they will charge you for so many things and send a huge bill on your new address. Finally they never ever gone a give your deposit back and instead or giving back your deposit they will owe you some money. Trust me I am not lying or this is not a story. Never ever rent here. Take written letter paper about youe deposit if you still rent your home here."
