Fly Away Airport Parking

We've used fly away for most of our extended trips from Nashville International. We actually prefer parking with them vs at the actual airport parking. They are very efficient and always have our car ready and running when we return. Highly recommend!

My bags were thrown into my trunk, I drive a white car, and notice black scratches on my back bumper from a few of the pieces of luggage. I bring this to one of the attendants attention and he acts like it's no big deal, gives no apology after he scratched up my bumper. I ask for a manager. I walk inside to see him (Steve). Tell him what happens he is very unapologetic and says bluntly "fill out this form" you can send it into our damage company. There was absolutely no regard for the way my car was treated and no apology or even any sort of respect from the employees, about how the situation was handled. I'm very ashamed for this company as well as the way they show complete disregard for their customers. Obviously there's a very big rack in customer service training. I will continue using The Parking Spot because they have always had exceptional service! I added a picture...unfortunately they will not be able to buff them out and my entire bumper has to be painted.

Have used them for years. We use them for all our travel. Very professional and dependable. Better hen parking at the airport!
