Been a customer for years and think they do a good job. Would recommend.

This is an extremely unprofessional organization that cuts corners at every step. The staff doesn't have any telecommunications background and the technicians aren't schooled or certified. Things like not bothering to properly weatherproof connections and constantly requiring customers to send back equipment, because the technicians don't know how to troubleshoot their own faulty installations are the norm. So is ridiculing their Indian customers based on ethnicity.



Stay away from these hacks.
