Always take good care of my 2021 Outback

My husband and I needed to make some changes and we had planned to go to a couple dealerships "just to look" , compare, and get some ideas of what we needed. With our previous experiences at other dealerships.. it's been pretty uncomfortable and stressful especially being pressured with the typical "sales" approach. There were even times we felt taken advantage of in order to make their goals. So my husband chose to visit Devoe Subaru of Naples and it was our first time there for we never had any Subarus. Carolina Hernandez was the first to approach us. I was already expecting the usual sales pressure but it wasn't like that at all!!. Carolina greeted us, gave our space, was very patient and just listened to our needs. She showed us various vehicles to give them a try, gave us a tour of the service area and was very informative. It was a very pleasant experience working with Carolina. Not only we had laughter but it felt more like a family experience we never had at a car dealership. She was even hospitable to our son and offered him pizza. My husband also had such a great time that we didn't even bother looking into other places for a vehicle. He then decided to get two vehicles. Carolina went to her manager, Danny Bisek, to see what we may qualify for the trade in and buying both vehicles. Mr. Bisek also went above and beyond doing his best to get us a good deal and now we have our Forester and Outback!! Then Tyler Mullan who gathered all the final documents to sign, made it easy, fast and quick. He also helped us get the warranty for our tires. We just want to say thank you to the team at Devoe Subaru in Naples for the wonderful experience especially to Carolina for her pleasant vibes and energy kept us there and the Manager Mr. Bisek to make it happen for us to get both vehicles. We are happy campers!! Highly recommend Devoe Subaru of Naples :)
