        Never use them.. Sucks!

        WOW is horrible. Never use it! The people are sometimes nice but the service SUCKS!

        no one available to talk to

        there doesn't seem to be anyone available to answer the phone. Placed a call at 2:20PM during the week and ended up leaving a message.
