Nail Perfection

I’ve been coming here for ten years. It’s clean and the massage chairs are so comfortable. Julie does a great job on my nails!

Tracy is the BEST! I've been going there for 6 years. Great people and great service!! It's okay to tell them exactly what you want done.

If I could give no stars I would.. I went in on a Wednesday (03/19/14) to get a gel fill and I decided to give a no chip polish a try. My original nails were done by nail perfection so this was my second time going. The older man didn't drill down my old gel at all! He filled me with clear gel instead of light pink. Very noticeable! I asked him why he was doing that he wouldn't answer me. I should have walked out before he continued but I'm nice and figured he must know what he's doing.... NOT! He cut me up and the nails looked horrible uneven and you can see my old gel under new clear gel.

After he finished his job of filling my gel a girl took over and started to shape them more which wasn't any better. She put my no chip polish on and it was bumpy and streaky. I left and a hour later my "no chip" chipped! I drove back at 7pm just to tell them I wasn't happy , their door said open till 8 and the lights were off.



I called the next morning (Thursday) and told them I didn't understand how or why they would use a clear gel to fill instead of pink like I had. I was told I could come back and I would have to pay for new full gel set out of MY own pocket.

The staff who could hardly speak English told me I was lying. Wouldn't give my money back $35. They lied to me and caused me to spend $101 on my new nails including tips and all.

Called owner a few times along with leaving voicemails in a very professional way, he hasn't called me back ever. I will never ever go back. Was very dirty, very unprofessional and didn't have licenses!

I went to another place to have them take off old nails and was told that I had water trapped under my old nails due to original guy not filing down and that would have turned into fungus!!!!

Please just do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle here. I would post pictures if I could.
