Had a great experience purchasing my 2007 Impala SS. Great dealer to do business with.

AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU.

I called this place about a used car they had for sale. Guy on the phone told me he checked the lot to see if it was there, and that it was. After I drove 45 mins to give it a test drive, they left me for about 20 mins to go and try and "find" it. After that much time two men came to me and said they couldn't find it and with VERY insincere expressions they were worried it was stolen. Even though somebody had confirmed for me that it was there 45 mins earlier.

Don't go to this place. I feel they were trying to set me up for a scam. Too bad for them, I'm not stupid.

Had deal with salesman and manager, talked numerous times on phone....before i can get there i get a call....."we got bad news" i sold your car..



Typical used car salesman.....called dealership manager and i was told..."the car went home"



Like talking to an infant..



GM is struggling??? i know why with morons like this screwing people left and right..



Due yourself a favor ....Stay out of this dealership..pleanty of other chevy dealers out there.

My daughter purchased a used car from Dan Wolf Chevrolet in Naperville, Il. As she was driving it home the speedometer broke. (We had had the vehicle 3-weeks without any other problems.) The vehicle was sold “As Is / No Warrantee” and the warrantee we purchased would cover a component like the speedometer. I called a manager we had talked to in purchasing the vehicle and asked him if he could do anything for us. He replied, “You just bought the car.” (I think he was thinking out-loud.) “Yaaaa, bring the car in and we’ll make it right.” (Later I researched the problem on the internet and found out the problem we observed occurs suddenly and was most likely due to the near zero degree weather.) The speedometer could only be fixed by replacing the entire instrument cluster, which was done at no cost to us. That’s five stars in my book.
