Let me share my new car buying experience with you. We needed a car so we started our search looking at many different models until we decided upon a Ford Fusion. We looked at Honda’s since I already own one. We also looked at Toyota because my daughter suggested we look at them. We also looked at Chevy and Chryslers. The main reason we picked a Fusion is because it meet all of my wife’s requirements and we all know a happy wife is a happy life. We then visited numerous Ford dealerships. Our car and dealership hunt finally ended when we visited the Fair Oaks Ford & Lincoln dealership in Naperville Illinois. This dealership far exceeded our expectations for Customer Service, Professionalism, Cleanliness, Salesmanship and Price. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I especially want to thank Pam Hammersmith our salesperson for all she did for us to make our purchase a pleasant experience by eliminating most of the stress out of car buying. Both the Customer Service Manager Robert Wojtan and the General Sales Manager John Krajnovich went out of their way to help us with all of the available car accessories and additional new car options. Jeff Gose of the Finance Department thoroughly explained all of the available car warranties and loan options to our total satisfaction and understanding. The entire staffs including the cashier and the service reps that I had the pleasure of talking to during my exploration of the dealership were all extremely helpful and friendly. If you want a pleasant car buying experience I highly recommend the Fair Oaks Ford and Lincoln Dealership for all of your car needs. I would personally rate this a five star dealership and I hope they keep up the great work for many years to come. From one of their happiest and most satisfied and newest customers I want to thank all of the Fair Oaks staff that my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with during our new car search for being extremely patient, helpful and friendly. Sincerely, David and Valerie Brockmann.

I have purchased 2 cars from Fair Oaks at this point, and will be back when ready to do it again. Very happy to work with them. Clint Schreiber was my salesman, and John the GM was also very helpful...Rarely in my past has someone actually voluntarily looked through ALL my options without me even asking, but that's exactly what happened. Good thing to, cuz he knew more than me about what was available on terms of rebates and such. In the past, I've had to continue to ask "what if we did this or that, etc? ". I also showed up late on a Saturday and they stayed open to get my deal done. I know most dealerships will do that to make the sale, but half of the time we were just conversing about common interests, and I never felt like they were pressuring to close up. I guides my point is there is also a human side to the folks at Fair Oaks. :) Hope this helps someone make a decision to check em out
My daughter purchased a used car from Dan Wolf Chevrolet in Naperville, Il. As she was driving it home the speedometer broke. (We had had the vehicle 3-weeks without any other problems.) The vehicle was sold “As Is / No Warrantee” and the warrantee we purchased would cover a component like the speedometer. I called a manager we had talked to in purchasing the vehicle and asked him if he could do anything for us. He replied, “You just bought the car.” (I think he was thinking out-loud.) “Yaaaa, bring the car in and we’ll make it right.” (Later I researched the problem on the internet and found out the problem we observed occurs suddenly and was most likely due to the near zero degree weather.) The speedometer could only be fixed by replacing the entire instrument cluster, which was done at no cost to us. That’s five stars in my book.
