        Metered taxi service, airport transfers/transportation and wine tours. We are the only up valley taxi service, operating on the meter in Yountville, Oakville, Rutherford and St. Helena. We accept all major credit cards, with card readers in our vehicles. Our vehicles are Chrysler 300's, Ford Flex's (mid-size SUV) with a 6 passenger capacity and a Ford Expedition EL (full-size SUV, extended model for extra cargo space) with a 7 passenger capacity. If you have an appointment, or reservation at a specific time, we accept advance bookings if you wish to do so.         We have been use NapaRed Cab for a few years now and everything time I call the office, the lady answering the phone or the drivers we had were always very courteous, educated and professional.
        Maybe other reviewers that posted lower reviews spoke with someone else at the phone but we never had no regrets of using this company.

        Overall

        I was rushed to Queen of the Valley Hospital via ambulance a few months back. When I was released, I called Red Cab...told them I did not have my wallet with me...they dispatched a driver anyhow. The driver was every kind and had no problem trusting me for the far. On the way back home, we started talking about stuff and somehow or for some reason, he asked..."Are you a veteran?" I replied that I was...he then offered me a rate about 33% lest. WOW...I did not expect that. Thanks Napa Red Cab, y'all are great.
