        not sure what the previous complaints are about....Bob showed up at my place at 4am to open my car before i had to leave for work. He had my car open for me within 2 min. THANK GOD bc i had a huge presentation to get ready for...anyways. He was friendly, knew his stuff and payment was simple. in fact he didnt charge me extra for being called out at 4 am. i will recommend to anyone...Thanks Bob!

        I think it shows a lot of character for this business to take the time to respond. He seems very confident that he provides a good service with a professional attitude. I take him at his word and would use him if I needed help in the future.
