Overall

The worst service ever. Horrible customer service, esp the billing dept. If you have to find a clinic, go to Doctor's Care. Do not put yourself through the trouble with these .... I'll leave it up to you to fill in the dots..

Overall

I went there twice and was seen within 30 minutes each time. My appointment was for 4:15. this was for my annual wellness exam. My insurance paper was filed improperly, it took several attempts to talk to the coder who was always on vacation or away, maybe working more than one place? I left messages that were never returned. when I did talk to their coder she gave me inaccurate info first blaming the insurance company, when that was debunked she blamed the Dr. saying she didn't authorize it to be coded a wellness exam. I had to pay, my insurance was useless and all I had was a chat with the practioner, who listened to my breathing, I was weighed etc, had prescriptions renewed, and told I could come back for bloodwork and pap etc as part of my wellness exam. Then i'm told it was not marked wellness? They are not trying to make life easier or seem very caring. I got the impression it is all about the money.

Absolute Disgrace

Today while on vacation my 2 year old daughter became very ill. I chose this place over many others in the area since it is a family practice. While checking in there was a sign on the desk asking people to inform the staff if they have a high fever, vomitting, etc. my daughter had those symptoms. I told the staff and there was no reaction. I proceeded to wait over a half an hour while my daughter continued to vomit in the waiting room. Never once did the staff ask to help. It was only after another patient asked the staff if they were going to help my daughter. They then called me up to the desk to inform me that the staff went on lunch. They asked if I could come back an hour and 15 min. later. I was shocked. They wanted my 2 year old to wait a total of 2 hours to be seen when she was clearly really sick. There were doctors still in the office and the staff repeatedly stated that no one could help my daughter. 600 miles from home, a very sick daughter, and not an ounce of care but just wasted time from this practice. I will never go back and will continue to share my experience with others so they don't make the same mistake I did.
