Elite Professional Painting

We hired Elite painting to paint the inside of our beach house in Garden City. It was a mistake. I'm saddened to say that the job is still incomplete. It started with agreeing with Jonathan on the price, etc....which we thought went well. The agreement was that he would use a mid level Sherwin Williams paint and he would PREP the walls, etc before he started. We agreed on two coats of paint , plus he would need to use an oil based primer on everything before he started. He came in the first day with Gabby, his helper. She taped everything....and he did SOME prep work, but really didn't clean the walls. He left cob webs and dust that are now ingrained in the paint...and he did not fill holes. He came back and sprayed everything with primer the next day. The following day he came back and painted the walls with what he said was the color I had chosen. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Sherwin Williams mixed White Cloud instead of Cloud White- a Benjamin Moore color....which I requested and it was written on numerous texts. Jonathan should have checked this before leaving the store....like I always do with the paint card. He also went with a builder's grade paint (not in our agreement.) It angered him to have to repaint the entire first coat with a different color, but he is the one responsible for matching the color I requested. He never put the second coat of the correct color....just one coat. He did use a better paint on the correct color...because I requested that he do so. Then, after telling me they would come back to paint the doors and do all touch ups....he will not return our calls/ texts. We paid a lot of money for this mediocre paint job....that is INCOMPLETE. He seemed very trustworthy, but did not turn out to be this way. Sad that this company cannot be trusted. STAY clear of this company.

We are very impressed with Elite Professional Painting and the awesome job they did painting our home exterior ! They were very professional and thorough and very easy to work with. They really care about the quality of their work and we would highly recommend them!
