We when for first visit and they said my co-pay was a $100 which it wasn't. I paid because I was in some much pain I just needed relief. Dr came in didn't even touch my foot and just said put this boot on take iburpeon and come back with X-rays in 2 weeks. We came back and this time they said we owed a $80 co-pay. I questioned it and then she said that's just what we do. One experience got worst from there. Dr came in and said he couldn't open X-ray file and to make another appt to come back. I told my wife to call the X-ray people as we wasn't leaving until he look at it. He went out of room for two minutes and had it open before we called the X-ray office. He said I need a toe joint called a hemi. When I asked what it was and what it's made of he rudely said look it up on the Internet. I went home and did so and found there are different types and manufactures so I called back and ask what type he used and they said I need another appt. stay away

Terrible! Went to get my foot looked at i was in deep pain and had to wait a week to get in. At check in they required me to pay $100. they said even though my insurance was valid for their office, they needed to collect $100. So paid it then the Dr saw me for 15 min. She said you have gout, and explained what meds to take. I left and didnt get a prescription, so called immediately and they informed me I had to be seen again! I called 3 times to try to get the script and the last two times they didnt even bother to call me back! Very unprofessional. I will never go there again.
