Auto Village Center

Got in and out right away lovely local family owned business. Some of the LOWEST labor costs in the area with techs who actually know what they are doing. I work at a large dealership in the area and still choose to bring my vehicle here very trusted have NEVER had an issue with Greg the owner or any employee there. Willing to even pick up and drop my vehicle off to me while I'm at work. Even comes in on weekends and works late if I need my vehicle quickly. Has ALWAYS called to get the work performed approved before going anything further then checking the vehicle out. Have purchased three vehicles from them never have had an issue with any of them and have sold them to other people whom love them. Repeat customer always happy to support local small businesses!

Had no problems with this place at first, got good deal on a car, they send license plate on time... The only thing... Im not an experienced car buyer so when i was told by the sales lady that i had my new car insured with dealership insurance for 45 days i believed it. Well now i am charged fees by Dmv for having gaps in my insurance. And the dealership is telling me i am making this up (had two other people with me who heard the same thing). Very rude and unprofessional. Will not have any business with them again.

Broke down at a gas station while visiting from out of town. Stressed to the max calling dozens of shops who wanted to charge an arm and a leg since it was Sunday and refused to work on it until Monday. Finally found auto village center and he was very friendly and was happy to get us towed to his shop and back on the road in a few hours! He was super friendly and professional. Even cared enough to make sure our dog was happy during the wait. He went well above and beyond our expectation with his generosity and GREAT PRICE! Made our horrible situation completely bearable. I had been to a bunch of auto shops to include dealerships ans no one could ever tell me exactly why I was having so many issues with my 2008 BMW m3 I went to Auto Village Center and not only did they fix it but also took the time to explain it in terms i knew. VERY PLEASED WITH PRICE AS WELL! I Would recommend this shop to anyone! Super friendly as well. thank you again Greg and Paul.
