Goco Center for Aesthetics

Had an awesome lower blepharoplasty back in April and couldn't have asked for better results!!! The staff and Dr.Goco were amazing and super accommodating. I will definitely be back, even considering that we drive 2 and 1/2 hrs to get here!!! Will highly recommend!!

For someone who is new to the Center, I am quite happy I was recommended here by a friend! The staff has been wonderful and I know I will continue with my regular appointments. I have recommended several gals go here already and would to anyone seeking a center for aesthetics. I always feel great after a visit with Tricia for my derma plane and a pomegranate swipe, always keeping me smooth and glowing!

If you are thinking about getting a tattoo removed here, please read about my unpleasant, unprofessional experience with them. Long story short: I have tattoos on both of my wrists and I work at a Law office, which has a no tattoo policy. In August I started treatments and I was required to pay upfront for my services, I bought a package of buy 2 get 1 free. Every time I had an appointment scheduled they would call me and cancel and I expressed to the manager how upset I was about the rescheduling and she said it wouldn't happen anymore; then it did. Some of the legitimate excuses were: the girl that does the removal is sick, then they fired her, then they bought a new tattoo machine and needed to train. A lot of back and forth nonsense and lack of communication. So after dealing with the manager didn't work, I thought I would write an email to Dr. Paul Goco wanting him to be aware of what was going on and how I felt about it all. I sent that email on Jan 3rd. His office manager, the same lady I have been dealing with, emailed back and didn't address my concerns at all! She didn't even CC Dr. Goco on the response. She even spelt my name wrong. It all was very upsetting that I paid in advance for their services and was pushed to the back burner and the fact that they only had time for me when it was convenient for them.
In my response email dated Jan 5 I asked the manager to call me when training was over and she said it would only last Jan 9-10. I just today received an email from her stating they were ready for me to call and schedule my appointment. Two weeks after the fact. Every time they rescheduled my co workers had to cover for me and I just don't want to do that to them, so I wont be back.

I always recommend Dr. Goco to everyone who is looking to get Juvaderm. He is very personable and gives you exactly what you want. Ive always left Dr. Goco's office feeling and looking better than when I came in. Go for a consultation and see for yourself.
