The new address is 9337 Calumet Ave in Munster, IN Terrible service with the receptionist, you can tell they hate their job and they barely move. Maybe they need younger receptionist but then again their supervisor Cindy is rude her self. Don't try to complain about the wait because they will make it worse. I'm glad this is not the only clinic in the world, just the worse I've ever been to.

Wait times are horrible. I waited an hour and a half before I walked out without being seen. The place is outdated and depending on the staff service is okay. I regret taking my children here.

Find another doctor's office. I'm suprised this place isn't crumbling apart. Terrible staff & unconcerned doctors. Primarily a medicaid office and in my opinion the state of Indiana should be ashamed.
