Ordering from this pizza Hut was the worst service I have ever had the quoted a time for 1230 n it did not arrive until 1pm another half hour after the time was told worst service ever I would never recommend this pizza hut

Always a disappointment!

It doesnt matter which Pizza Hut in Muncie I go to, they will NEVER get it right. I love Pizza Hut pizza. Out of town (Logansport, Anderson) I always have great food and service, however, in Muncie I am always let down. Recently on a typical Saturday at 9:30 I was told that delivery would be 90 min!! The local Papa Johns and Dominos said they would deliver in 40 min at the latest. The buffet is always old and understocked. The dinning area is unclean even when there are very few customers. I watched the dishwasher stand next to the buffey and pick at it. It was soo nasty. Not to mention that they are always out of anything that I came in there for. I've sent more than one message on PizzaHut.com and as expected there was no response. My advice is to go to any Pizza Hut in any other city!!!
