I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy! Absolutely HORRID communication!! I had no idea what was going on during the process unless I called, then I would not received return a phone call, but a text or email. These folks are disrespectful to the people who write their paychecks (sellers). I have never been talked to this way as a customer like I was with this group and that includes the manager Tom Parker. Completely disrespectful to me as a customer and seller, they need some hard lessons in customer service!!! If you choose to use these folks, good luck!
