Button Oil & Propane

I would give '0' stars if possible. I signed up for oil on 2/13/2015 and received a 200 gallon order of heating oil. 19 days later on 3/4/2015 the delivery technician shows up on my property again to fill my tank. Luckily, my wife was home and stopped him from filling. I called Button Oil the next day to find out why they are showing up to fill my tank when I didn't call them, I have half a tank of oil remaining, and I didn't sign an auto-fill contract. They told me that I was on auto-bill and they come out unannounced. The person I spoke to hung-up the phone on me when I asked for an explanation for trespassing on my property. There was no apology, no remorse, and no explanation. They just told me not to call them anymore and then 'click', hung up. I believe this is the con game that Button Oil tries to pull with consumers to keep themselves profitable. **Consumer beware** I called them out on their game and they told me not to call them anymore for heating oil.

They might give you a good rate initially, then if you don't use enough gas, which they'll tell you there are no limits or fees when you switch to them, they'll simply not make deliveries when you call to schedule them and then jack the price up to well over the Pennsylvania weekly residential averages. To boot, they'll put you on automatic delivery and deliver 2-3x's a month. They are even more ridiculous than the last company I switched from. Stay away!

If I could give them no star I will because they all just a punch of lying and full of themselves company. On the website they say a whole bunch of lies. They do not do same day deliveries, they're not a 24 hour company, and they really don't care about losing customers. I was schedule to be service. I even called to confirm and they said someone will be over, I waited and waited no one ever showed, I called them the next day to see if I can reschedule and get someone to come the same day then they start giving me attitude telling me they'll be glad if I go find some other place, I never gave them a reason to act this way towards me and I don't not recommend them to anyone.

They will rake you with there Usage charge if you dont use 2 tanks plus a year. They dont tell you that when you sign up.

I have been using Button Oil for 4+ years now and can not say enough about them. Their staff are all very friendly and they are fast when you need them. Their prices are great as well.

Just had Button install a tankless water heater and water treatment system. Great pricing, great install. Everyone i dealt with was friendly and informative. I wish I had been using them for years!

Button Rocks! I just moved into my new home and found out the previous propane company took the tank away. I called to get the tank put back but got the royal run around and they would not be able to do it for over a week....and the rates were VERY high. I called Button, spoke to Pete, told him my story and he had a tank there the next day. Great price locked in for the season as well! They are what all companies should be....easy to deal with and customer friendly!

Great service! Called and got a price and signed up for propane delivery, price was more than fair. Very personal touch coming to my home to look at the site. Very happy.

Great Prices and great service! They are a local AMERICAN Company and still family owned. Can't beat the prices and the service. Doing a new furnace with them this fall. I know that the products will be great quality and the pricing will be fair...as always..

Great Prices, even better service! The Company is Family owned and LOCAL! After using one of the "Big" companies I am glad I made the switch. I Now use them for ALL of my propane and heating oil. They will be putting in a new furnace for me very soon. Cant say enough about how good they are.
