        I am NOT tech savy. Once again they came through for me. I have used them for years and they are the ONLY place I use here in Skagit County. Great phone support and always offer me options when I go in person. THANK YOU!!!

        My hard drive failed. I had the data backed up but needed expertise in replacing two drives with solid state and standard drives. Skip, the owner, and Nick, the main tech were very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. They made sure I had an idea of cost at each decision point, and then set up the computer with both drives and a reinstallation of Windows 10. They were great to work with and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend

        With much gratitude and kudos for Nick Green's excellent technical repair and customer service skills. My daughter's computer crashed, and she did not have backups for some very important documents required for graduation. Nick saved the day. He was able to quickly retrieve the data for a reasonable price. Other local repair shops could not do the work and tried to steer me to a clean room for data retrieval which involves exorbitant costs and weeks to retrieve. Thanks for the great service! Hopefully this won't happen again, but if so, I'll be back!
